Machining

CNC Horizontal Boring Mill
      4 Axis with rotary Table
      11,000 lb capacity
      Glass scales on all axis
      Column pipe to Ø48” x 144” long
      Motor Pedestals to 72” x 84” x 78” tall
      Discharge Heads to 72” base x 144” tall
      Boring up to Ø16” x 24” deep

NOTE: We machine all the above in a SINGLE setup for maximum accuracy

Inspection

A highly accurate Heidenhain probe can measure anything made on our large CNC horizontal boring mill.

Fabrication

Extensive experience in carbon & stainless
Structure fabrication to 40,000 lbs.
Turning rolls to Ø144”, 20,000 lb cap.
CNC shape cutting with oxy-fuel & plasma
Skid mount systems

Finishing

Grit blasting to SSPC-10 on structures to 40,000 lbs. in a dedicated enclosed facility.
Painting with potable epoxy paints is done in a separate enclosed facility.
